Job Title: Nurse Manager - ICU

Summary:
Manages all operation and functions of the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Consults with staff, providers, other members of leadership, and Director of Nursing on patient care matters and interpretation of facility policies and procedures to ensure department and patient needs are met. Maintains performance improvement activities within the department, and participates in CQI initiatives.
Qualifications & Required Certifications:
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a clinical discipline required; Master’s Degree in a clinical discipline, Business, or Healthcare Management preferred.
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHISS (PALS and NIHISS within 90 days of hire).
- A minimum of five (5) years of clinical acute care hospital experience is required, two (2) of those years to include experience in management/leadership; recent experience in a critical care setting or in leadership preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $89,000.00 per year
