Job Description
- Suggest content for internal and external communication.
- Help update and maintain intranet.
- Assist with events.
- Proactively build and maintain strong relationships with business partners.
- Proactively engage users across social channels to drive favorable brand conversations.
- Contribute relevant, on-trend social media concepts for further building awareness of the brand and achieving company goals.
- Plan, execute and manage advertising initiatives across channels.
- Maintain content calendars across brands.
- Assist in leading the resolution of complex stakeholder concerns.
- Understand, analyze and act on key performance indicators to continually improve customer experiences.
