Zeng Law Group (www.zenglawgroup.com) is seeking an experienced H-1B immigration paralegal urgently for 3 months in a contractor position. Please do not apply if you do NOT have H-1B experience.

The position will have the opportunity to work under the supervision of experienced attorneys on business immigration cases. Must be able to speak with clients in Chinese.

Job Duties:

Prepare immigration applications/petitions, including forms and support letters for non-immigrant and immigrant visa petition filings with the USCIS for senior attorneys. The petitions include: H-1B
Manage client relations: conduct and assist in client intakes, maintain communication via email and phone calls
Work directly with attorneys and other team members to manage caseload from intake through processing and filing.

Require:

Bachelor's degree
1-2 year experience in the H-1B field is required.
Must be able to communicate with clients in both spoken and written Mandarin/English
Must have the ability to work in a fast pace working environment
Exceptional multitasking, attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Type: 3-month contractor, full time for 3 months

Pay: Starting from $50,000.00 per year (will discuss salary based on candidate's experience. Needs to have rich H-1B experience, smart to work, fast to learn with rich H-1B filing experience)
