Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Des Moines, IA for a Designer at Zenith Design Build. The Designer will be responsible for creating innovative designs, collaborating with clients, our team, and overseeing the implementation of design concepts. The Designer will translate client needs and vision into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs that enhance the living experience.
Qualifications
- Proficient in design software such as Chief Architect
- Knowledge of construction materials and methods
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience in space planning and interior design
- Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
- Attention to detail and creativity in design solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Experience in residential design projects is a plus
