RPA consultant

• Overseeing the end-to-end RPA lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance. o Guide developers to choose best tools for RPA development.
• Collaborating with business analysts and developers to design and implement RPA solutions. o Identifying and prioritizing RPA opportunities within the Finance function and other relevant areas.
• Ensuring the scalability and security of RPA solutions.
• Establishing and maintaining RPA governance and best practices.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure RPA solutions are designed and implemented according to best practices and security standards. o Participate in technical reviews and testing of RPA solutions. o Monitor and track technical risks and issues related to RPA implementations.
•  Assist in the creation of technical documentation for RPA solutions. o Ensure proper handoff of RPA solutions to support and maintenance teams.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Automation Anywhere/Gen AI Architect with 10 15 years of experience
• Lead the customer interface for the project on an everyday basis, proactively addressing any issues before they are escalated.
• 2 years of experience in AI/Gen AI
• Serve as the single point of contact for the team to the project stakeholders. Promote team work, motivate, mentor and develop subordinates.
• Deep understanding of leading RPA platforms (Automation Anywhere & Power Automate).
• Proficiency in advanced RPA development techniques, including complex workflows, exception handling, and error management.
• Knowledge of platform architecture, infrastructure requirements, and scalability.
• Strong understanding of programming concepts and languages
• Knowledge of cloud based RPA deployments and management.
• Experience in identifying automation opportunities and assessing their feasibility.
• Experience in creating technical design documents and architecture diagrams.
• Ability to evaluate and select appropriate RPA tools and technologies.
• Experience in managing RPA projects from initiation to completion (must).
• Ability to develop project plans, manage resources, and track progress.
• Ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with RPA implementations.
• Knowledge of security and compliance requirements.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or information technology.
• Experience in developing large scale applications in finance and accounting domains are a necessary.
• Experience in working with multiple projects simultaneously is a must & Experience in working with offshore onsite model is required for this role.
• Architect experience of 8 years and strong knowledge of RPA, finance and accounting systems/ functionalities and integration methodologies
• Experience in multiple implementation and integration of finance systems.
