Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our dedicated healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations to assess patient health and needs.
- Administer IV infusions and manage medication protocols as prescribed.
- Provide tube feeding for patients requiring nutritional support.
- Offer care for geriatric patients, ensuring their specific health requirements are met.
- Assist in family planning consultations and education for patients and their families.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation using Cerner or similar electronic health record systems.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Deliver hospice palliative medicine, focusing on comfort and quality of life for patients with serious illnesses.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment options, and preventive care strategies.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Proven experience in a medical office or clinical setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of diagnostic evaluation techniques and patient assessment skills.
- Familiarity with IV infusion protocols and tube feeding procedures.
- Experience working with geriatric populations is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients, families, and team members.
- Proficient in medical documentation practices; experience with Cerner is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.
