Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health issues.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, including preventive, restorative, and surgical procedures.
- Conduct various dental procedures such as oral surgery, endodontics, dental extractions, and dental fabrication.
- Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix software, ensuring all information is up-to-date and compliant with regulations.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and treatment options to promote overall health.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to provide optimal patient care in a team-oriented environment.
- Uphold the highest standards of infection control and aseptic technique throughout all procedures.
Requirements
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and infection control protocols.
- Experience in performing oral surgeries, endodontics, and other advanced dental procedures is preferred.
- Proficiency in using Dentrix or similar dental practice management software is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient care and comfort.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
