Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to join our clients team on a dynamic, project-driven basis. In this role, you will act as the central point of contact between business stakeholders and the development team, defining product vision and priorities to ensure that the delivered solutions meet both user needs and organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities :
- Product Vision & Roadmap :
Develop and maintain the product vision in alignment with company goals and market trends.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams to identify and document product requirements.
Own and maintain a well-organized product backlog, ensuring clarity and transparency.
Work closely with development, QA, UX / UI, and other IT teams to ensure alignment on product goals, deliverables, and timelines.
Conduct regular stakeholder reviews to gather feedback and validate that the product direction meets business and user expectations.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Use metrics, user feedback, and market research to inform product decisions and continuously optimize product offerings.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to recommend improvements.
Required Skills and Experience :
Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role within a technology-driven environment.
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
Strong understanding of market research, product positioning, and strategic planning to align solutions with business goals.
Excellent problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to turn complex requirements into clear, actionable tasks.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to effectively bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to drive product initiatives from conception through launch, taking full ownership and accountability for outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications :
Masters degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), or related credentials.
Background in software development or engineering, with a deep understanding of technology trends.
Experience with analytical and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI) to make data-driven decisions.
