- Attend rehearsals regularly and contribute to the creative process by providing input and feedback.
- Maintain a professional demeanor on and off stage, representing the organization positively.
- Adapt performances based on audience reactions and feedback to ensure an enjoyable experience.
- Participate in promotional events or activities as needed to enhance visibility and engagement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in performing arts, including but not limited to acting, singing, dancing, or other relevant disciplines.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey emotions effectively through body language and voice.
- Ability to take direction well while also contributing creatively to the performance process.
- Flexibility in scheduling as performances may occur during evenings or weekends.
- A background in theater or performing arts education is a plus but not required.
- Passion for storytelling and a commitment to continuous improvement in performance skills.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
