- Engage with potential donors at events, delivering compelling presentations to explain our clients' mission and inspire contributions
- Build meaningful connections with community members through personalized interactions, providing exceptional customer service
- Effectively communicate the goals and initiatives of our charity partners, ensuring clarity and excitement around their causes
- Demonstrate expertise in fundraising campaigns, conveying the importance of each campaign to prospective donors
- Ensure a seamless experience for donors, from initial engagement to final contributions, providing top-tier customer service throughout
- Participate in team efforts and collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared fundraising goals and objectives
- 0-3 years of experience in marketing, sales, customer service, or account management preferred, but not required. We offer full training to all new associates
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Honest, trustworthy, and committed to operating with integrity in all interactions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating enthusiasm, creativity, and initiative
- Open to new ideas and willing to take on additional responsibilities to support the team and clients
