In this dynamic team, you will collaborate with quantitative researchers and traders to create, implement, and enhance high-performance trading algorithms and tools, leveraging machine learning techniques. This role demands innovative problem-solving skills and critical thinking in a fast-paced, data-driven setting.
Your Key Responsibilities Include :
- Algorithm Development : Design, implement, and optimize advanced trading strategies in close partnership with quantitative researchers and traders.
- System Architecture : Build and maintain robust, low-latency trading systems and infrastructure essential for supporting our trading operations.
- Data Analysis : Process and analyze vast datasets to extract valuable insights for refining trading decisions and strategies.
- Optimization : Drive continuous improvements in algorithmic performance and system efficiency, with a focus on scalability, speed, and accuracy.
- Collaboration : Engage closely with quants, traders, and engineers to comprehend their requirements and translate these into innovative technical solutions.
- Technology Stack : Utilize state-of-the-art technologies such as Python and / or C and distributed systems to develop scalable and efficient solutions.
- Research & Innovation : Play a key role in developing new trading models, tools, and systems that offer a competitive market advantage.
Preferred Qualifications :
Team members in this role typically earn high six-figure salaries, often exceeding $1 million annually (all cash), and have a significant impact on the organization, responsible for driving substantial profit growth. Compensation packages include bonuses and potential equity opportunities. Our work model is 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
