What are the responsibilities and job description for the SAP SD Consultant position at Zenith Services Inc.?
We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Consultant with LSP (Logistics Service Provider) experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP SD (Sales & Distribution), including order management, pricing, billing, and logistics execution, with a focus on integrating Logistics Service Providers (LSPs).
Key Responsibilities:- Configure and support SAP SD module, focusing on LSP integration.
- Manage sales orders, deliveries, invoicing, and pricing processes.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure seamless third-party shipping and warehouse management.
- Work on EDI/IDoc integration for LSP communication.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP SD & LSP-related issues.
- Provide end-user training and documentation.
- 5 years of SAP SD experience, with at least 2 years in LSP integration.
- Hands-on experience in SAP SD customization, pricing, billing, and order-to-cash (O2C) processes.
- Knowledge of EDI, IDocs, and third-party logistics (3PL) integration.
- Experience in transportation, warehouse management, and freight management systems.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
