Must Experience and knowledge of sales CRM / Dynamics 365 required.

Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of software testing principles (functional regression UAT).
  • Experience writing and maintaining test cases using Jira Xray.
  • Familiarity with Gherkin (Cucumber) for writing businessdriven test scenarios.
  • Basic SQL knowledge for validating test data in SQL Server.
  • Experience using Postman for API validation.
  • Exposure to automation frameworks (C# SpecFlow NUnit) not required to develop but should understand test automation concepts. (Willingness to learn automation and contribute to test coverage)

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication skills both verbally and written.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work with crossfunctional teams (developers product managers business analysts).
  • Good documentation and bug reporting skills (raising defects with clear steps to reproduce).
