We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Construction Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this crucial role, the individual will possess strong organizational and communication skills, along with a keen eye for accuracy. The Construction Administrative Assistant will ensure efficient day-to-day operations of various office processes, particularly related to project documentation.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day administrative tasks to assist Team Members.
- Prepare and distribute various documents, reports, and correspondence, as required.
- Assist with the preparation, review, and administration of construction bids and contracts.
- Assist in obtaining necessary permits and approvals.
- Support the closeout documentation process after project completion, ensuring all relevant documentation is organized and filed appropriately.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project-related documents.
- Maintain an organized system for tracking contract documents, amendments, and revisions.
- Assist in generating project-specific reports, contributing to project analysis and evaluation.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Two (2) to Five (5) years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience within the construction industry, highly desired.
