Job Description :
- Responsible for Architecting and Designing a secure Application Integration tools based on industry standards, best practices and guidelines Provide support for all design, implementation, and maintenance activities related to Identity Access Management (IAM) with SailPoint / ForgeRock.
- Develop and maintain user onboarding workflows and provisioning.
- Provision ForgeRock web / j2ee policy plugins and maintain resource policies.
- API development and maintenance for exposing core IAM functions.
- Develop and maintain access certifications.
- Support onboarding of application and platform users.
- Support integration with Active Directory and other Identity Stores.
- Provide IAM support to end users.
- Monitor IAM platform components and resources.
- Experience working with Account Management, Entitlement and Certifications.
- Knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) platform capabilities and best practices architectures, and engineering solutions within multiple Cloud accounts and services
- Experience working in AWS via the CLI and management console.
- Experience with using scripting languages to automate tasks and manipulate user data.
- Troubleshooting and supporting cloud infrastructure in AWS / Azure.
- Ensuring efficient data management and adherence to security policies.
- Coordinate with Infrastructure partners on test data backup and recovery tools.
- Interacting with clients, providing cloud support, and making recommendations based on client needs.
- Translation of complex functional and technical requirements into detailed architecture
- Create technical design recommendations for developing and integrating new software and system technologies per written specifications.
- Suggest enhancements and escalation concerns appropriately to diagnose and remediate underlying system problems and inefficiencies.
- Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation
- AWS Networking / ECS / EC2 / Network / IAM, CLI, & best practices
- Systems administration Windows or Linux
- Proficiency in scripting and automation tools (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Terraform, etc.).
- Coordinate with Infrastructure partners on test data backup and recovery tools.
- Interacting with clients, providing cloud support, and making recommendations based on client needs.
- The candidate should have 9 Years of experience in DevOps & Systems / Applications Support Engineering.
- Experience in Application (Software & Hardware) support and troubleshooting.
- Experience in the Amazon Web Services Ecosystem (EC2, RDS, S3, Terraform, etc.)
- Should have 4 years of experience in Jenkins & GitHub / Gitlab
- Must have 4 Years of experience in JIRA / Confluence and Service Now / My Service Tools.
- Should be experienced in design, implement entire software stacks that include application and system layers.
- Create technical design recommendations for developing and integrating new software and system technologies per written specifications.
- Suggest enhancements and escalation concerns appropriately to diagnose and remediate underlying system problems and inefficiencies.
- Implement patching automation solutions to ensure timely and consistent patching of cloud resources, minimizing the risk of exploitation due to unpatched vulnerabilities.
- Configure and manage AWS Security Hub to centrally manage security and compliance checks across AWS accounts, automate security findings, and prioritize remediation actions.
- Manage AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM) policies to enforce least privilege access, regularly review and audit permissions, and ensure adherence to security best practices and compliance requirements.
- Introduce CI / CD pipelines that provide rapid feedback and allow continuous development and delivery.
- Experience in providing the necessary support and maintaining the 24x7 production support environment across multiple data centers and software / hardware infrastructure.
- Should work with Release & Change Management teams on the development, production release, and hotfix issues.
