Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of commercial transportation defense litigation matters from inception through resolution.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs, and provide strategic case analysis.
- Handle discovery, depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
- Collaborate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel to develop case strategies.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal transportation regulations.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania/ New Jersey (required).
- New Jersey Bar admission (strongly preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of commercial transportation defense litigation experience.
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
- Excellent oral advocacy and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
