- Minimum J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- California Bar license in good standing
- Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience as a California licensed attorney
- Willingness to learn and apply technology solutions and work in a paperless environment
- Bilingual Spanish is preferred but not required
- Proficient in MS Office, Westlaw, and Outlook
- Ability in decision-making and problem-solving
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to track and comply with deadlines
- Willingness to function in a team environment
- Willingness to travel within California for court appearances, vehicle inspections, and depositions
- Ability to lift or move up to 20 pounds
