Factory Director – ZenniHome (Navajo County, AZ)
ZenniHome™ is expanding with a new factory near Snowflake, Navajo County, AZ, to support its continued growth. The Factory Director will initially start at ZenniHome’s Page, AZ factory to gain hands-on experience with products and processes before leading the new facility’s launch and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage all aspects of the factory’s setup and operational launch.
· Oversee equipment installation, process implementation, and key personnel recruitment.
· Ensure timely achievement of the Start of Production (SOP) milestones.
· Maintain Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) performance targets.
· Report directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Qualifications and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
· Experience in automotive or industrial serial production environments under ISO 9001 standards.
· Proven experience in factory setup, production management, and operational launches.
· Strong background in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
· Experience managing budgets, resources, and cross-functional teams.
· Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
