About the Role :
Zeno has an amazing opportunity for a Content Creator to join the team in Chicago. We seek a digital-native, hyper-creative Social-First Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for knowing their brands upside down, backwards, and inside out. You’ll be responsible for concepting thumb-stumping campaigns tailor-made for multiple platforms and producing engaging and high-quality content to fill those feeds. This role requires expertise in writing, shooting, editing, and managing content to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement.
We are looking for someone who is a highly motivated, organized, collaborative individual with strong communications and problem-solving skills as well as a deep understanding of the creative process for multiple channels.
Responsibilities
- Content Production : Write compelling content for social posts, video scripts, and other marketing materials.
- Video & Photography : Plan, shoot, and edit videos and photos to be used across digital platforms, ensuring high production quality.
- Editing & Post-Production : Edit video footage, create motion graphics, and enhance audio to produce polished final products.
- Graphic Design : Create visually appealing graphics, thumbnails, and digital assets for various marketing campaigns.
- Collaboration : Work closely with client, account, and creative teams to align content with overall business goals.
- Trend Analysis : Stay updated with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.
Qualifications

70,000 - $80,000 a year
An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
