What are the responsibilities and job description for the Salesperson position at ZENODRO HOMES?
The Bilingual Lifestyle Consultant at Zenodro Homes will be greeting potential homeowners, answering their questions, and helping them to register for more information. You will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals. You will be the primary point of contact for prospects from the time they inquire about Zenodro Homes to the time they close on their new home. This includes providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and addressing any concerns that they may have.You will be expected to respond to inquiries from prospects in a timely manner. This means responding to phone calls, emails, and text messages within a reasonable amount of time.You will be responsible for gathering and entering prospect information into Zenodro Homes’s CRM database. This information will be used to track prospects throughout the home buying process and to identify potential sales opportunities.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate market and be able to build relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through a variety of channels, including online marketing, networking, and cold calling
- Collaboration with marketing to generate traffic
- Qualify prospects by assessing their needs and budget
- Show properties to prospective buyers
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the buying process
- Maintain a database of potential clients
- Stay up-to-date on market trends
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
- Reports to Sales Manager
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Active Florida Real Estate License
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales
- Strong understanding of the real estate market
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to meet and exceed sales goals
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- Bilingual - Must speak Spanish or Portuguese and English fluently
