Position Overview : One of our contracts with The Department of State is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Intermediate Mobile Application Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality cross-platform mobile applications for both iOS and Android. You will work closely with designers, product managers, and backend developers to create seamless, user-friendly, and scalable mobile solutions that enhance user experience and meet business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in modern cross-platform development frameworks, along with a solid understanding of mobile UI / UX best practices. You should have a proven track record of delivering polished, high-performance mobile applications and be comfortable working in an agile development environment.
Clearance Requirement : Candidates must hold a minimum Interim Secret clearance and be able to secure and maintain a Secret clearance throughout employment.
Work Location : Springfield, VA
Work Schedule (On-Site) : Five (5) days a week on-site at the customer’s facility
Requirements :
- Design and develop cross-platform mobile applications using React Native
- Collaborate with UI / UX designers to create responsive and user-friendly interfaces
- Write clean, maintainable code following best practices, design patterns, and ensure adherence to industry standards
- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services into mobile applications
- Implement automated testing and ensure code quality
- Optimize application performance and resolve technical issues
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Keep up with the latest trends and advancements in mobile development
