Position Overview :
Zensar is currently seeking a Business Analyst specializing in the Enterprise Agreement (EA), True Forward processes, CCW, and CCW-R. This full-time position provides excellent benefits and outstanding growth opportunities.
You will stand out if you have :
- In-depth knowledge of Cisco's Enterprise Agreement (EA) True Forward processes, policies, and procedures.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as EAMP, EA workspace, CCW, and CCW-R, along with a basic understanding of downstream and upstream impacts.
- Experience analyzing service install base coverage for customers to understand True Forward charge incursions and resolving disputes effectively.
- Proven ability to create accurate True Forward orders while assisting with hold management and fulfillment / closure.
- Capability to log incidents with IT regarding Services EA technical issues and track them until resolved.
- Skills to create work-level instructions with detailed steps and process flows in response to process or policy changes.
- Experience in conducting business analysis of current systems, documenting manual procedures, and collaborating with RPMs and IT to enable enhancements and automation.
- Strong collaboration skills to engage with cross-functional teams, including Partners, IT, and RPMs, clearly articulating problems and working towards solutions.
