- Territory Management: Own an assigned territory in the Atlanta area, operating primarily in the field.
- Sales Reporting: Track activity and pipeline progress, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience: 1–2 years of outside sales experience within a service-focused industry (experience with companies like Ready Carpet, Cintas, or Terminix is a plus).
- Sales Approach: Proven methods to create and close new business; comfortable with cold calling and short sales cycles.
- Drive & Motivation: A self-starter who thrives in a competitive environment and is motivated by uncapped earning potential.
