Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Case Manager to evaluate the financial viability of personal injury cases and oversee our Case Updates Team, managed through a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) partner. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the personal injury lawsuit process, strong analytical skills, and proven management experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Case Review & Management
- Assess personal injury cases to determine their financial feasibility for funding.
- Collaborate with legal and financial teams to ensure accurate case assessments.
- Conduct risk analysis and provide funding recommendations.
Team Leadership & Oversight
- Manage the Case Updates Team through a BPO partnership.
- Oversee team performance, ensuring timely and accurate updates on case statuses.
- Develop and implement training programs to improve team efficiency.
- Set performance goals, conduct regular evaluations, and provide constructive feedback.
Process Improvement & Compliance
- Identify areas for operational improvements and implement best practices.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and legal compliance standards.
- Maintain detailed and accurate case records.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in personal injury case management or related legal/financial field.
- Leadership: Proven experience in managing and training teams, preferably within a BPO environment.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of the personal injury lawsuit process and financial case evaluation.
- Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
