What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales Manager position at ZenTech Consulting?
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Oversee inside sales professionals to ensure financial, operational, and sales goals are consistently met or exceeded.
- Collaborate with the Director of Customer Service & Inside Sales to develop sales strategies, action plans, and performance benchmarks.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and develop new inside sales hires. Address performance issues through targeted training programs, field ride-alongs, and role-playing exercises.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Branch and Service Managers, service professionals, administrative staff, and stakeholders in the new construction and builder program.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, engaging customers to assess needs and provide information on company products and services.
- Close phone sales on qualified leads, send E-Contracts, and schedule services following the Best Fit process.
- Sell residential pest control and related services, ensuring all agreements are properly signed and documented.
- Create and manage service accounts for new customers, process payments, and schedule inspections or quality control visits.
- Continuously develop sales and marketing skills through coaching and training from the Sales Manager.
- Meet or exceed Minimum Performance Standards and achieve Monthly Development Plan goals.
- Accurately document customer interactions and forward relevant information to the appropriate team members.
- Enter lead information into databases (PestPac and Velocify) and schedule appointments.
- Assist the Call Center Specialist Team with customer service inquiries during peak hours, resolving billing issues, applying credits / adjustments, and providing solutions.
- Deliver exceptional communication and customer service to build trust and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
