Position Overview
Seeking an experienced Staffing Specialist to identify, source, interview, and recommend top-tier candidates. This role partners closely with hiring managers and executives, playing a key part in maintaining a thriving, values-driven culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand recruiting needs to locate and recommend exceptional talent.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, executives, and existing employees, while developing a network of potential candidates.
- Ensure candidates meet job requirements and uphold the organization’s values.
- Create and optimize job postings for visibility and maintain accurate records within applicant tracking systems.
- Contribute to departmental projects and ongoing process improvements to drive efficiency and success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and at least three (3) years of relevant recruitment or staffing experience.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, meet deadlines, and deliver quality results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
