What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Business Development Representative - Interior Design Construction position at ZenTech Consulting?
This is a critical position focused on expanding our network, building strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth in the commercial construction space. The role will be primarily focused on Orlando customers and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Foster relationships with key commercial contractors including Turner, Brassfield & Gorrie, Hensel Phelps, Barton Malow, and PCL.
- Develop and execute strategies to target contractors, architects, and other key stakeholders (e.g., hospitals).
- Balance sales and operational expertise to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Engage in extensive face-to-face interactions with clients.
- Travel throughout Florida (primarily Orlando / Tampa; occasional trips to Miami and Atlanta as needed).
