Job Description: The Shift Lead (Senior Support Lead) role involves production support with a focus on Snowflake (Cloud Data Warehouse). The person will be responsible for analyzing and resolving application issues, performing root cause analysis (RCA), optimizing performance, and collaborating with various teams to enhance efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and act as a point of escalation for complex issues.
- Incident management resolving issues, stakeholder communication.
- Root cause analysis (RCA) for critical problems and implementing preventive solutions.
- Performance tuning & cost optimization of Snowflake.
- Automation of manual tasks to improve efficiency.
- Work closely with product, development, and QA teams to influence improvements.
- Support Business Continuity Planning (BCP), Migrations, and Holiday activities.
