Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Onboarding Manager at Zenzap. The Customer Onboarding Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth and successful onboarding experiences for new users, providing exceptional customer service, managing accounts, and optimizing customer satisfaction. The role will involve using analytical skills to assess customer needs, effective communication to guide users through the onboarding process, and proactive account management to foster long-term relationships.
