Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive individual to join our team at ZEO Energy as a Business Intelligence Analyst. In this role, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders throughout the company to identify gaps in reporting, define requirements, and provide data solutions. You will be responsible for data accuracy, identifying and resolving any data issues. You will develop and maintain company-wide dashboards and metrics, Your problem-solving skills and initiative will be key to strengthening a culture of data.
Key Responsibilities:
- KPI Reporting & Dashboard Development
- Ad-hoc analysis as needed
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Work closely with other departments and the executive team
- Help define business terms, translate the definition into technical specs, and propagate their consistent use throughout reports
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in SQL
- Expertise in a data visualization tool such as Tableau, Power BI, or Amazon QuickSight
- Problem solver
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to be a self starter and find solutions to problems
- Solar industry experience is a plus but not necessary
