Job Description:
Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Non Standard Manager to join the team! This position will help onboard contractors, manage the pipeline of MPUs/batteries, ensure adders are being completed in a timely manner, and support home damage and escalations .
Key Responsibilities:
- Flexible Work Hours: Be available during non-standard hours, including early mornings and occasional late nights, to oversee urgent electrical work and power restoration.
- SOP Development & Maintenance: Create, update, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between homeowners, utility companies, Technicians and local jurisdictions to ensure electrical projects move forward smoothly and efficiently.
- Third-Party Contractor Management: Identify, vet, and manage partnerships with third-party contractors for home damage repairs and electrical work.
- Project Oversight: Ensure all electrical work meets regulatory requirements and company standards, resolving roadblocks as they arise.
- Maintain database: Maintain a database of local utility requirements to ensure proper electrical scope of work and scheduling methods
Qualifications:
- Experience coordinating main panel upgrades
- Strong understanding of electrical permitting, utility regulations, and homeowner needs.
- Experience sourcing and managing third-party contractors.
- Knowledge of local electrical codes and compliance requirements is a plus.
