Job Description:
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Recruiter to join our dynamic and culture-focused team. As a Sales Recruiter, you are responsible for full life-cycle recruiting for in-field solar sales teams to ensure talented individuals join, onboard, and succeed within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified and enthusiastic sales candidates
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, likelihood of success, and fit for the organization
- Promote the company’s values and culture during the recruitment process
- Collaborate with local area managers to understand their staffing needs
- Maintain relationships with potential candidates through effective communication and follow-ups
- Utilize recruitment tools, training, and CRM systems to manage candidate pipelines and track progress
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to enhance recruitment strategies
Qualifications:
- Experience in the solar or renewable energy industry is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on candidate experience
- Capability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple roles and candidates simultaneously
