Who We’re Looking For:

• A licensed real estate agent (or currently working toward licensure) with a passion for success.
• A motivated, self-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• A relationship builder with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Someone tech-savvy, eager to leverage the latest industry tools.
• At least one year of sales experience preferred (but not required).
