Job Description:
Route Technician
Responsibilities:
Perform truck loading and unloading in a safe manner and per regulations
Deliver to and from customer locations
Ensure proper loading and unloading of hazardous materials
Follow DOT guidelines in daily operations
Follow all safety rules at customer locations
Notify manager and/or customer of any problems found while performing job
Needs to be able to follow all PPE regulations required
Qualifications:
Must have Haz-mat and tanker endorsements
Must have updated medical card
Previous experience in unloading of tanker trailer
Must have at least 2 years truck driving experience
Must be able to work occasional weekends
Must have clear MVR with no accidents
Must be able to lift 50 lbs
