Meridian Camera was founded in 2022 to address a critical need identified by its sister brands in the equipment rental industry. We provide reliability, protection and peace of mind through live monitored video surveillance systems, helping businesses across all industries deter theft, protect property, increase safety and mitigate risk.

About This Role :

As the Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in both growing our client base and nurturing strong relationships with existing customers. This role combines business development expertise with customer success strategies to drive revenue growth, ensure customer satisfaction, and support long-term adoption of Meridian Camera's solutions.

You will lead efforts to identify and convert prospects into clients, while also acting as the primary point of contact for key customers. This includes ensuring seamless onboarding, addressing customer needs, and proactively identifying opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities :

Business Development :

  • Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies across multiple market verticals.
  • Source, qualify, and secure new client opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Act as the first point of contact for leads, educating prospects and identifying their needs.
  • Engage leads through calls and emails to nurture relationships and set appointments for Account Executives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine business development processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive dynamics to identify opportunities.

Customer Success :

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary contact.
  • Oversee onboarding and implementation, ensuring a seamless transition for new clients.
  • Conduct client training sessions, showcasing best practices and new features.
  • Proactively monitor account health to address potential issues and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve client challenges promptly.
  • Advocate for client needs internally, providing feedback to drive product enhancements.
  • Support contract renewals and identify upsell / cross-sell opportunities
  • Qualifications :

  • 5 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, customer success, or account management.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving client satisfaction.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes, account management, and customer success strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with video surveillance, IoT, or related technologies is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable to changing market conditions.
  • Compensation & Benefits :

  • 100,000 - $150,000 plus commission
