Summary of Responsibilities
As a values-driven, family-owned business focused on long-term success, we offer a dynamic role with significant creative autonomy and a performance-based compensation package, including a competitive salary and bonuses. This role is our primary connection with our customers in their facilities and provides them with local support for our products and processes.
In this role, you will :
- Provide on-site technical support to customers using our UV coatings in roller applications, leveraging your expertise in both applications and UV coating technology.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, from shop floor to management, through product presentations and support.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for our U.S. customers, with a role that's 80-90% technical and 10-20% sales, focusing initially on existing accounts and gradually expanding to new customers as you grow with us.
