We are looking for an experienced and energetic Lead Floral Designer to bring fresh ideas, leadership, and passion to our growing team.

Essential Functions
Lead and inspire a talented team of floral designers, fostering a creative and supportive work environment.Collaborate with sales and delivery staff to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.Oversee daily production in the workroom, ensuring that all designs meet our high-quality standards.Manage and price events, including weddings, corporate functions, and other special occasions.Take charge of event production, from concept to execution, ensuring client satisfaction.Maintain a positive, upbeat atmosphere and serve as a role model for efficiency and productivity.Ensure design and production adhere to company standards, meeting deadlines and customer expectations.Education, Experience, and Skills Required
3 Years’ experience in Floral Design3 Years’ experience in Sales1 Year experience in LeadershipAIFD (American Institute of Floral Designers), CFD (Certified Floral Designer) or state floral association accreditation(s) (not required)Compensation
