What You'll Do
As a Sales Specialist you'll build relationships with potential clients, assess project fit, provide ballpark estimates, and guide them through the sales process. You'll play a key role in ensuring a seamless client experience from initial inquiry to project handoff.
Responsibilities
- Screen inquiries, schedule consultations, and manage client data in Buildertrend.
- Meet clients on-site to discuss project goals, budget, and scope.
- Create and present ballpark estimates, helping clients make informed decisions.
- Follow up consistently to move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Draft and send design agreements and contracts via Dropbox Sign
- Maintain organized project records, including notes, photos, and estimates.
- Work closely with the design and project teams to refine estimates.
- Stay updated on industry trends and sales techniques.
- Participate in sales meetings, training, and strategy development.
