Riverside Construction is seeking a detail-driven Construction Estimator to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Estimating & Design Manager, leveraging your expertise in reading residential blueprints and estimating construction projects to develop accurate, comprehensive estimates for exceptional residential remodels.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain estimating databases by updating costs and templates regularly.
- Prepare accurate estimates for materials, labor, and trade services based on preliminary designs and project options.
- Create and update all necessary documentation and estimates for the sales and design teams to present to clients.
- Obtain final quotes for materials and trade labor to support construction contracts.
- Stay updated on residential building codes and determine when permits are required.
- Complete and submit permit applications with the necessary documentation.
- Review sold projects, update estimates for changes, and prepare plans for production and permitting.
- Generate work orders for changes in selections or field conditions as needed.
