From day-to-day task execution to overseeing safety and schedules, youll balance crew leadership with hands-on work all while representing the Lifestyle Landscaping brand with professionalism and care.

As a Maintenance Foreman, youll lead a team in the field, ensuring high-quality residential garden maintenance on some of the regions most beautiful properties. From day-to-day task execution to overseeing safety and schedules, youll balance crew leadership with hands-on work all while representing the Lifestyle Landscaping brand with professionalism and care.
Essential Functions:
- Lead and manage a residential maintenance crew on daily tasks
- Ensure high standards in pruning, edging, mulching, weed control, and other seasonal work
- Organize and oversee materials, tools, and schedules to meet project goals
- Maintain a strong safety culture through site inspections and adherence to safety protocols
- Communicate with clients and management to ensure satisfaction and job success
- Monitor crew performance, hours, and project progress to keep jobs on time and profitable
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment responsibly and efficiently
- Foster teamwork and a positive attitude among crew members
- 2 years of experience leading landscape maintenance crews (residential preferred)
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Strong knowledge of horticulture practices and seasonal maintenance routines
- Experience with landscape equipment and safety procedures
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Valid, insurable drivers license required
- Certifications in pesticide application, horticulture, landscaping, or safety (e.g., OSHA) are a plus but not required
- Pay: Competitive hourly wage based on experience - $19$23/hour
- Schedule: Full-time, 4045 hours/week, with Saturdays scheduled during the season
