Summary of Responsibilities :
We are seeking a strong Sales Operations Manager with experience in commercial and industrial solar energy sales to join our Leadership Team and play a pivotal role in driving sales and building out our sales team. You will be responsible for not only managing sales efforts but also developing a high-performing sales team and sales processes to achieve our company goals.

Essential Functions :
- Drive profitability by ensuring projects meet financial targets.
- Train and guide the sales team on generating appointments and managing leads effectively.
- Hold the team accountable for timely client follow-ups and closing deals.
- Oversee marketing, branding, and sales strategies to achieve objectives.
- Set, monitor, and manage sales and marketing budgets and performance metrics.
- Stay informed on incentives and financing options; train the team to leverage them.
- Build and develop a high-performing sales team through recruiting, training, and coaching.
- Align team roles with skills, metrics, and company values.
- Set, monitor, and achieve sales goals while driving revenue growth.
- Lead weekly team meetings, track performance indicators, and optimize processes.

Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
