Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Residential Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading residential construction projects and ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Main Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning to completion.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure projects meet or exceed profit goals.
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
Requirements
- 8 years of residential construction and remodeling experience.
- 5 years of project management/site supervision experience.
- Strong technology skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and construction management software.
- Valid Driver's License.
