We’re looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and reliable team members to join our fun and fast-paced shave ice shop! If you love providing great customer service and working in a team-oriented environment, this could be the perfect job for you.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a friendly attitude and take orders accurately
• Prepare and serve delicious shave ice with a variety of flavors and toppings
• Handle cash and credit card transactions using a POS system
• Maintain cleanliness of the shop, including food prep areas and dining spaces
• Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure food quality and cleanliness
• Work efficiently during busy hours while keeping a positive attitude

What We’re Looking For:

• A friendly and outgoing personality
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliability and punctuality
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Previous food service experience is a plus but not required (we’ll train you!)
