Position Summary
A Customer Relationship Manager is the bridge between the customer and production. They are responsible for helping customers with questions or concerns regarding company products and services. Their duties include communicating with customers in-person, over the phone, web meeting or via email. They will use tools provided and work with other departments to gather the necessary information to solve the customer’s inquiry or provide the necessary information to update the customer until the inquiry has been resolved.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
· Responding to customer inquiries received via phone or email including customerservice@zpi.com, zephyrrfq@zpi.com, orders@zpi.com distribution lists
· Owning the timely communication of status updates and resolutions to the customer
· Working with other departments to get information to update and resolve outstanding customer inquiries.
· Learn and understand Global Shop and associated dashboards.
· Being able to adequately change customer due dates in Global Shop on approved requests.
· Secondary responsibilities data entry and administrative duties.

At times a Customer Relationship Manager will be required to go out to the plant to track down parts and/or talk with other employees. When this is required:
- Wear PPE such as safety glasses, safety shoes, hearing protection and gloves.
· Be aware of surroundings. Listen for equipment, alerts/alarms, forklift horns.
· Do not operate any machine/equipment that you are not properly trained on.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
