Role Description
We are seeking (two) full-time on-site roles for an Aircraft Mechanic at Zephyr Tech (Zephyr Systems Inc.) located in Lake Havasu, AZ. The Aircraft Mechanic will be responsible for aircraft structures, powerplant, aircraft systems, and aircraft maintenance tasks on a daily basis. This includes performing 100-hour and/or annual inspections on general aviation aircraft.
Qualifications
- Aircraft Structures, PowerPlant, Avionics, and Aircraft Systems skills
- Aircraft Maintenance expertise (fixed wing and rotary wing)
- Hands-on experience with aircraft maintenance
- A detail-oriented and thorough approach to work
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification required
Additional Considerations
- Inspection Authorization a plus
- experience working under an FAA Part 145 repair station a plus
- Experience with manned and unmanned flight operations is beneficial
