Resident Engineer at Zephyr Rail

Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications,
- Preparation of RE Daily reports, as well as project weekly and monthly reports, forecasted cost-at-completion reports, and non-compliance reports (NCRs)
- Construction progress meeting minutes
- Construction contract closeout
- Supervision of all other construction management sub-consultants working on this project
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 10 years of direct Construction Management experience as a responsible-in-charge Resident Engineer or Construction Manager
- Registered Professional Engineer, preferred
- Authorized to Work in USA
- Rail experience a plus!
