Project Manager
Overview
The electric vehicle (EV) charging market in the US is booming and Zeplug is looking for a Project Manager to manage electric vehicle installations across the US. This will be a hybrid role based in Cambridge, MA.
Key Responsibilities
The following duties are representative of the job but are not all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned as needed.
- Coordinate EVSE installations across the continental US,
- Build and update project scopes and schedules for all projects as assigned,
- Draft EVSE placement proposals for new developments and existing properties,
- Schedule and debrief site visits with hired contractors,
- Assist operations team with materials and hardware ordering,
- Assist with management of site operation parameters (adjusting charger pricing, etc.),
- Monitor and report on the status of Zeplug EV chargers nationwide,
- Assist contractors with any permitting as requested,
- Assist with the submission of municipality and state incentive applications, and
- Other duties as assigned by Zeplug’s Business Development Executive and President.
Skills and Experience
- 1 years of experience in Project Management is required
- Experience with MS Project, Salesforce, or Procore is a plus
- A basic understanding of electrical engineering is a plus
- Strong knowledge of MS Office or G Suite (docs/sheets)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a similar degree.
Availability
This will be a hybrid role based out of our coworking office space in Cambridge, MA. The office space is most accessible by the MBTA red line. Zeplug does not currently sponsor employment visas. Some travel will be required.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
