Zeppe’s is a rock n’ roll themed pizzeria and Tavern that has been in business since 1986. We provide an energetic and fun atmosphere where passion meets quality, and we are seeking a Shift Manager to help spread our enthusiasm and values with our guests.
The Manager must have the ability to organize and manage a high-volume business during peak hours. Candidates should have a friendly personality, strong leadership skills, be organized, computer proficient and have a positive attitude. Candidates should have front of house and back of the house experience with a minimum of 3-5 years restaurant general management/management experience. Responsibilities include:
· Overseeing daily operations and developing exceptional customer service
· Running floor shifts, scheduling, training, and managing staff
· Ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations and maintaining a clean, safe work environment
· Maintaining cost of goods, cost of labor and overall financial management through shared P&L’s
