The Manager must have the ability to organize and manage a high-volume business during peak hours. Candidates should have a friendly personality, strong leadership skills, be organized, computer proficient and have a positive attitude. Candidates should have front of house and back of the house experience with a minimum of 3-5 years restaurant general management/management experience. Responsibilities Include
- Overseeing daily operations and developing exceptional customer service
- Running floor shifts, scheduling, training, and managing staff
- Ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations and maintaining a clean, safe work environment
- Maintaining cost of goods, cost of labor and overall financial management through shared P&L's
