The successful candidate must have the following:
- Minimum of three (3) years of current litigation experience with Federal and State courts
- Construction litigation experience is a plus, but not required
- Experience with calendaring, setting hearings, depositions, travel arrangements and e-filing
Candidates must be self-starters and have the following skills: strong written and verbal communication, problem solving, excellent customer service, ability to multitask, strong detail orientation, strong organizational and prioritization. Candidate must also have a solid working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Prior experience with document management systems a plus.
